i will be able to jump puddles!

after the past few rainy days last week
mama in her eagerness
to be prepared for the coming wintry weather
got me my inaugural
pair of wellies
and they are bright yellow
so no one will miss me
if it is dark and stormy outside
(poh poh thinks i look like 'phua chu kang' - whatever that means!)
i tell you what though
they are certainly good for
practising irish jigs
and papa has been teaching me how to stomp about
getting ready for my puddle splashing!!!
